A growth curve drawn against a midnight sky. It starts where you are, runs level through the strategy fundamentals: your ideal customer, your value proposition, your go to market and the plan. Then, engine by engine, it climbs towards where you want to get to, with Meg the collie running alongside.

An AI powered fractional CMO practice in Dublin, for B2B firms across Ireland and the UK. Twenty five years of marketing judgement, now delivered in days.

You've built real expertise and a name that travels. And still, the opportunity keeps flowing to everyone but you.

Leads wander in and out, content stalls, referrals turn up when they feel like it. None of it builds.

So we start with the strategy.Together, we work out where you're headed, and the honest path that gets you there.

Get the fundamentals right and they become the path. The engines come after.

Then they come online, one after another, until the whole thing is pulling your way.

Strategy sets the direction.
The engines do the miles.

It stays your firm and your call, start to finish. The best part of this job is watching one find its momentum.

The gap

You have the expertise and the reputation. What's missing is an engine behind them.

It's a familiar shape. Senior people with genuine expertise and a good name in their corner of the market, and underneath it, no marketing leadership and no system to speak of.

They know they're under-marketed. They just don't have a full CMO's salary to spend, or six months to wait for one to start making a difference.

That's the gap Scale Marketing was built to close.

First, the strategy

The most important work happens before any engine.

We thrash it out together: where you want to get the business to, the opportunities worth developing inside it, who it's really for, and the honest distance between here and there. Out of that comes a path, and a short list of what actually has to happen.

It's proper qualitative work, and it comes first. You will never end up with engines you didn't need.

A working strategy session around a table
  • 01

    Where you're headed

Where you want to get the business to, said plainly enough to steer by.

  • 02

    The opportunities

What's worth developing inside the business you already have?

  • 03

    Your ideal customers

Who is really worth your senior time, and what do they care about?

  • 04

    Your value propositions

One per customer profile, each completely resonant with that buyer.

  • 05

    Your competitors

The named rivals, the alternatives, and the honest reason you win.

  • 06

    Your go to market

The path that gets you there, step by step. Then we build, as appropriate.

Only once that's clear do we talk about engines.

Sometimes the strategy is the whole job. A rework of your ideal customer, value proposition, messaging and go to market can be everything a firm needs. If that's you, we stop there. You'll never be sold an engine you don't need.

We shape the strategy together. The delivery is done by AI. And honestly, it's a lovely way to work.

Then, the engines

Fifteen engines. Four stages of your funnel.

Strategy set the direction. Now the engines do the miles.

Stage 1

Getting seen

The engines that put your name where your buyers already look, before you have ever met.

Your expertise, published without you lifting a pen. Articles and LinkedIn posts drafted in your voice, week in, week out. Runs on a couple of days a month. The full page →

The prospect who looks you up finds an operator worth hiring, and something worth their time from you every week. The full page →

A website that earns its keep, where every visit has an obvious next step: book a call, get your Growth Map, start a conversation. The full page →

Stage 2

Starting conversations

The engines that turn strangers into warm, briefed conversations.

The accounts already in the market find their way to you, with the right contacts enriched and the reason-why-now attached. The full page →

Outreach that reads like you wrote it by hand. Tailored drafts land in your outbox, ready to review and send. The full page →

You walk into every meeting already briefed. Twenty minutes of digging becomes ninety seconds of reading. The full page →

Stage 3

Staying in the conversation

The engines that keep every warm door open until the timing is right.

The enquiry that lands at four has a brilliant answer by five, researched and specific to their firm. The full page →

The prospect who said not now hears from you at exactly the right moment, with something genuinely useful. The full page →

And this list is what we build most often, not the limit of it. When a firm's gap needs an engine that isn't here, one gets built for it. That happens more often than you'd think.

You never have to work out which of these you need. That's the whole point of doing the strategy first: we only build the ones that will actually shift your numbers. And every engine reports what it produces, so you always know what's working.

The numbers so far

Where it has made a difference.

A worked example, not a promise
€430,000
Close rate25% → 32%
Senior time per proposal3 hrs → 30 mins
Clients won7 or 8 → 10 a month

The maths for a firm sending 30 proposals a month at an €18,000 average deal, if close rate moves from 25 to 32 percent. Your numbers will be different. We'd build the model on yours.

This is the part I like best: watching a firm that felt stuck start to feel real momentum under it.

A firm nobody could find starts showing up.

Referrals and luck

Evenings at the desk

The founder gets their evenings back.

The whole idea

Thirty six seconds, no waffle.

The strategy, the four stages, and the whole model. One short film, no sound needed.

Who it's for

Built for B2B firms that sell on expertise.

Consulting Financial services Legal Technology B2B SaaS Any B2B at all

Professional services are the core, but the same engine works for any business that sells to other businesses, from commercial cleaning to specialist trades.

The work moves fastest when the people who set the direction are close to it.

If you recognised your firm in the gap above, we should talk.

If you own the firm

A CMO's strategy and the engines to deliver it, from one person, live in days, for a fraction of what a marketing hire costs.

You've built a firm that's brilliant at the work, with no engine behind it. The strategy we shape together, you and me in the room. Then the engines carry it: your name in front of the right firms, content going out in your voice, warm conversations arriving in your inbox, proposals drafted in minutes. You stay the face of the firm, and you get your evenings back.

If you lead the marketing or BD team

Engines built under your team, so intelligence, outreach, proposals and content run at pace, and your people spend their days winning work.

Your team already knows what good looks like. What they're short of is hours. We build the engines around the strategy your team owns: account intelligence that stays fresh, outreach personalised to every named firm, proposals drafted the same day, content in your voice on schedule. Everything lands as drafts for your people to approve, so the judgment and the relationships stay exactly where they belong.

A half hour, no slides

Not sure where to start? Bring it to a conversation.

Thirty minutes on the firm, the market, and the gap between them. You'll leave knowing what I'd build first and why. And if the honest answer is that you don't need an engine yet, you'll hear that too.

A few of these run each week, for B2B firms in Ireland and the UK. It's a working session, so it goes best when the person who sets the firm's direction is the one on the call.

One person, start to finish. No account managers, no handoffs to a junior team.

I'm Jennifer Chamberlaine, and Scale Marketing is my practice. The judgement comes from twenty five years in senior marketing leadership. The speed comes from the AI systems I've learned to build on top of it.

Getting both from the same person is the part agencies and in-house hires can't usually match. When I take an engagement, I'm the one doing the thinking and building it.

The path first. Always.

Let's find your path.

Tell me a little about the firm and where the gap is. The first conversation is exactly that, a conversation. If it's a fit, you'll leave knowing exactly what I'd build and why, before you commit to anything.

Questions, answered

The things people ask first.

Do I need marketing engines, or is strategy enough?

Sometimes the strategy is the whole job. A rework of your ideal customer, value proposition, messaging and go to market can be everything a firm needs. Engines are only built when the plan genuinely calls for them. You'll never be sold an engine you don't need.

What does strategy first actually mean?

The most important work happens before a single engine gets built: sitting with you, deeply understanding where the firm is and where it wants to get to, then defining together a clear path between the two. Done with you, with you, not delivered to you in a deck.

What are the AI delivery engines?

Fifteen engines across the four stages of a B2B funnel: getting seen, starting conversations, staying in the conversation, and winning the work. Each one is trained once, properly, with you, then runs on its own. The full journey is laid out above.

Who is Scale Marketing for?

Established B2B firms in Ireland and the UK with deep expertise and a good name but no marketing engine behind them: professional services, consultancies and technical firms that want senior marketing leadership without a full time CMO salary or a six month wait.

Who am I actually working with?

Jennifer Chamberlaine, directly. Twenty five years of senior marketing leadership across global law firms, international consulting practices and financial services groups. One person in the room, no account managers, no handoffs.
