One person, start to finish

Scale Marketing is my practice. I'm the one in the room, doing the thinking and building what runs afterwards.

I'm Jennifer Chamberlaine. I spent twenty-five years leading marketing inside global law firms, international consulting practices and financial services groups, and most of what I learned there is about how professional-services firms actually win work: through the name, through partners selling in the gaps between client work, and through clients who were never asked what else they needed.

Scale Marketing is what I built when I saw how much growth those firms were leaving in their own client lists. It works the way a business development department would, if a firm had one: it decides with you where the growth should come from, then makes it happen, from the clients you already hold to the ones you've yet to meet, with the research, the writing and the follow-up done for the partners. It's built to pay for itself early, so a firm can start small and see what the work produces before it commits to more.

The strategy we shape together, in the room. The delivery runs on AI systems I've built and trained for each firm, under the firm's own accounts, so the firm owns everything they produce and the audience they build.

Three things that hold on every piece of work

  • Shown in your numbers

Claims arrive as your own figures: fees in dormant accounts, champions who moved, clients buying one service of six. If it can't be shown from your book, it doesn't get said.

  • Drafted, then approved by you

Every engine produces drafts in your name. You read, you approve, it goes. The tools are mine and run under my direction; judgement, approval and sending stay with people.

  • Fixed prices, named pieces

Each piece is priced before it starts, so you know what you're buying. You never buy my diary, and you never pay twice for the same thinking.

Who it's for

Professional-services firms first, accountancy, legal, engineering, architecture and wealth, and any B2B firm whose growth runs through relationships and repeat clients, across Ireland and the UK. Deep expertise, a good name, and the accounts between engagements left without an owner.

If you own the firm

A business development department from one person, for a fraction of what a hire would cost

You've built a firm that's brilliant at the work. Your book gets read, the market gets watched, and the conversations arrive drafted. You stay the face of the firm, and you get your evenings back.

If you lead the marketing or BD team

Engines built under your team, so intelligence, outreach, proposals and content run at pace

Your team already knows what good looks like. What they're short of is hours. Everything lands as drafts for your people to approve, so the judgement and the relationships stay exactly where they belong.

A half hour, no slides

Thirty minutes on the firm, the market and the gap between them, and one question about your clients.
